Care Compass provides a range of services including: Assist Life Stages & Transitions, Mentoring, Life Skills & Development, Social & Community Participation, Employment Assistance, STA & Respite and Behaviour Support.

Once we're in touch, we'll schedule a meet and greet. This way we can get a better understanding of your lifestyle, interests, and specific support requirements. Our onboarding process is designed to be efficient and straightforward, allowing more time for genuine support!

Our support rates are in accordance with the pricing guidelines set by the NDIS.

While many of our services are tailored to NDIS participants, we also offer services for individuals without an NDIS plan. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility and options.

Yes, Care Compass offers services for individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors, with a focus on delivering support that meets each person’s unique needs.

The NDIS, or National Disability Insurance Scheme, is an Australian government initiative designed to support individuals with disabilities. Its primary objective is to empower people with disabilities by providing them with greater autonomy and control over their support needs.

We acknowledge that life is unpredictable, and not everything goes according to plan. Therefore, our cancellation policy considers the well-being of the entire Care Compass Community, including support workers, participants, and families.

For short-term cancellations or changes made within 2 business days of a service booking, there may be a 100% charge of the service booking cost.

Yes, we provide support for individuals to access public transport and assist with travel to appointments, community events, and other activities.

We’re all about providing personalised, person-focused support with a smile! Unlike larger providers, we’re a small, dedicated team who take the time to really get to know you and your unique needs.

You’ll always be supported by the same friendly faces, creating a sense of trust and comfort. We prioritise clear communication with participants and their families/loved ones, working hand-in-hand to create support plans that use SMART goals with evidence-based strategies to help you actually achieve your NDIS goals.
