We acknowledge that life is unpredictable, and not everything goes according to plan. Therefore, our cancellation policy considers the well-being of the entire Care Compass Community, including support workers, participants, and families.
For short-term cancellations or changes made within 2 business days of a service booking, there may be a 100% charge of the service booking cost.

Yes, we provide support for individuals to access public transport and assist with travel to appointments, community events, and other activities.
