About Care Compass

  • Care Compass is a disability service provider on the Gold Coast, offering a range of personalised services - specialising in psychosocial support.

  • We don’t believe in cookie-cutter supports. Our approach is personalised, consistent, and built around real human connection. You’ll never feel like a number with us.

  • While our core focus is 1:1 support, we often run small group activities during the school holidays. These are a great way to build social skills, confidence and connection in a relaxed setting. If you're interested, reach out to see what's coming up or how we can involve you.

  • Yes. We support children, teens, adults and seniors. Whether you’re navigating school, planning a trip, learning new skills or just need a little extra help, we’ll tailor support to your stage of life.

  • Care Compass is based on the Gold Coast, and we support individuals from Brisbane down to Tweed Heads. Whether you’re in the city, the coast or somewhere in between, feel free to reach out and see if we can support you in your area.

  • Not at all. While most of our participants are NDIS-funded, we also offer services for individuals without an NDIS plan. Private billing is available so just reach out to see how we can help.

  • The NDIS, or National Disability Insurance Scheme, is an Australian government initiative that funds supports and services for people with a disability. Its goal is to give individuals greater choice and control over how their supports are delivered.

Getting Started

  • Yes. We can support you to access public transport or assist with travel to appointments, community events and everyday activities as part of your support plan.

  • You can contact us directly through our website or call us to chat about your needs. We’ll guide you through the next steps and work with you to build a personalised support plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

  • You can reach out through our website, email us, or call 0478 535 389. We’ll set up a time to get to know you and explore how we can support you.

  • Once we're in touch, we'll schedule a meet and greet. This way we can get a better understanding of your lifestyle, interests, and specific support requirements. Our onboarding process is designed to be efficient and straightforward, allowing more time for genuine support!

Pricing and Policies

  • We acknowledge that life is unpredictable, and not everything goes according to plan. Therefore, our cancellation policy considers the well-being of the entire Care Compass Community, including support workers, participants, and families.

    For short-term cancellations or changes made within 2 business days of a service booking, there may be a 100% charge of the service booking cost.
